Description

Two of a few snowy egrets that I saw in the Ballona Freshwater Marsh this morning. I saw one preening its feathers, some stealthily hunting while wading, one perched in a tree, & a couple in flight. Some of those may have been the same individuals. The one in my photos that was hunting got chased off by the one whose crest is standing up like wild hair.
